Hi Philip, we are VERY sorry to hear that you are in hospital BUT ... you are an old soldier (nice photo) therefore we just consider this to be yet another small battle to be fought with maximum effort & a cool spirit, right? .... My own modest precautionary & remedial measures to promote blood flow maintenance are:
* 2 cloves of garlic with each meal (chew them w/ protein, some skin & all) .... almost always stops serious colds too.
* Take a few bites of a fresh Cayenne Pepper with that same mouthfull of protein (you can also buy Cayenne powder).
* Study alkaline/acid food balance .... This is not a fad, it absolutely works to aid all body defence mechanisms.
* EXERCISE (never mind if you are ninety [well done]), jog (on toes, barely touch heels) (or speed walk [heel/toe]) IN BARE FEET (to stimulate points on feet) .... Exercise CORE muscles ( back, chest, legs & shoulders) .... DAILY.
